Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists as certified by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification. If the certification number provided is invalid upon review, your membership type will be changed to Associate.

An individual who has established citizenship in country other than the United States of America who holds a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation or in a related field of study, and holds credentials recognized by the country of citizenship and the ATRA board of directors.

Students enrolled in a TR program. (You will be asked to submit verification to webmaster@atra-online.com.)

Any Organization interested in supporting the therapeutic recreation profession-- includes three employees. This is a non-voting membership type and is not intended for CTRSs. Businesses or other entities that thrive due to the prevalence of TR (such as NCTRC or WhisperGlide Swings) should choose Organizational membership.

If you already have an Organization membership, but need more than three employees represented sign up additional members using this.

Current Student members of ATRA may renew at the low student rate for one year following graduation. This option is only available to active Student members.

Support ATRA and never pay dues again! ($25 yearly maintenance fee)
