Can I get a copy of the program? Sure! Download the program.
Can I still register to attend? Pre-registration has closed, but you can still register on-site. We accept credit cards, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. For the best registration experience, please direct new information and payments to ATRA's registration desk volunteers. We'll have copies on the registration form available there. Space is still available in all pre-conference intensives as of pre-registration ending.
How much credit will I earn? The 2015 ATRA Annual Conference will participate in the NCTRC Pre-Approval Program. All CEU-qualified educational sessions have not yet been pre-approved by NCTRC. We estimate most attendees will earn approximately 1.6 CEUs through the full package registration, but attendees may earn up to 2.2 CEUs by attending pre-conference intensives. Actual CEUs available will be posted here once determined. Daily registrants for are eligible for varied CEUs by day: Monday (0.6 CEUs), Tuesday (0.45 CEUs), and Wednesday (0.55 CEUs).
When should I arrive and depart? Arrival and departure times will vary based on your registration package. Full day and morning pre-conferences begin at 8:30AM on Sunday 9/27. Please note that we will once again be offering a half day morning (Standards for the Practice) and a half day afternoon (NCTRC Job Analysis) pre-conference intensive for FREE to anyone purchasing full package registration. Topics are both core learning areas for all attendees. While registration is FREE, you must pre-register to attend. We have also added a FREE full-day pre-conference intensive on accreditation.
The Opening Session & Welcome, which is worth 0.1 CEUs or one and a half contact hours, will begin at 6P on Sunday 9/27. The General Session/Breakfast will begin at 8AM on Monday 9/28. The final CEU session ends at 4:30PM on Wednesday 9/30. Check-in at the Tamaya Hyatt is at 4:00pm, and check-out is at noon.
What meals are included? A light reception on Sunday evening, as well as breakfast on Monday 9/28, Tuesday 9/29, and Wednesday 9/30 is included in your registration.
How much does it cost? That depends on what you're registering for, when you register, and if you're a member. Explore online registration below or have a look at our printable registration form.
Once the Tamaya Hyatt is sold out, where can I make lodging reservations? As of 7/29/2015, the Tamaya has only four King rooms left on Sunday, 9/27/2015. We still have plenty of rooms in our room block for the other nights. If a caller asks for a Double room on 9/27/2015, our reduced rate is not available. As of 8/20/15 Saturday, 9/26/2015 is sold out.
Try the Holiday Inn Express down the street. This property is about four and a half miles (4.5mi) from the conference, and attendees are responsible for transportation.
How do I get from the airport to the conference? We've negotiated a reduced rate for certain periods of time. Ground Transportation from the Albuquerque International Sunport is available at a cost of $20 per person, each way ($40 round trip). Shuttle picks up at the top of the hour for the following times:
September 27, 2015 - 12pm through 9pm
September 28, 2015 - 12pm through 9pm
September 29, 2015 - 5am through 2pm
September 30, 2015 - 5am through 2pm

How can I save money this year? Registering early is one way, and be sure to snag the reduced lodging rate. You might want to see if you can find a roommate by posting on our Facebook page. Non-members can also save $15-- If a non-member registers at the earlybird rate for the full package and a transcript it's $510. If a non-member joins the association as a Professonal ($125), then registers for the earlybird full package rate and CEUs, the total is just $495. Plus, this savvy CTRS will get a full year of membership benefits!
How can I save money next year? ATRA offers waivers to speakers, board members, the host city, and winners of the Peg Connolly (working) scholarship program. Those who will receive waivers for the 2015 Annual Conference will be notified via e-mail by the end of July. As of 9/29/2015, we anticipate notification will be sent by the close of business Friday, Juy 31st.
