Is continuing education really unlimited?
Yes. Every recreational therapist covered by your Organizational Membership receives unlimited access to the educational offerings included in ATRA's CEU Subscription throughout the membership year.
How do unlimited job postings work?
Organizational Members may post employment opportunities to the ATRA Job Board throughout their membership year at no additional charge.
What are the social media and website recognition benefits?
When your organization joins, ATRA will welcome your organization with a social media feature. Your organization will also be added to ATRA's Organizational Member webpage, where it will remain listed while your Organizational Membership is active.
How do we determine our membership tier?
Your tier is based on the number of recreational therapists employed by your organization. Tier 1 covers up to five RTs, Tier 2 covers six to ten, Tier 3 covers eleven to twenty, and Tier 4 is designed for organizations employing twenty-one or more recreational therapists.
What if we are a large multi-site or system-wide organization?
ATRA welcomes the opportunity to work with large organizations employing recreational therapists across multiple locations or facilities. Contact ATRA to discuss your organization and how Organizational Membership could support your RT workforce.
What happens if the number of recreational therapists we employ changes?
Contact ATRA if your RT workforce changes during your membership year. We can help update your participating employees and determine whether a change in membership tier is needed.
How do our employees receive their ATRA memberships?
Once your organization joins, ATRA will work with your primary organizational contact to collect the information needed to establish individual membership accounts for the recreational therapists covered by your membership.
